When you send a form on this site, we receive the information you enter: your name, organization, role, organization type, email address, phone number and message. We do not ask for, and you should not send, patient information.

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to reply to you and, if you choose to continue, to discuss membership with you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services we use

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated traffic, and your message is delivered to us by email through Cloudflare. These services process information on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by replying to our email.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
